TECHNICAL OPERATION SUPPORT

You’ll be responsible for monitoring applications and escalating abnormalities that have caused applications to not perform as expected that impact business operation based on your monitor result or reporting by client or internal team. This may be internal assistance, working directly with staff who use the application or it may be assisting external customers who access the systems via the Internet.


Job Requirements

  • Proficient in English and Chinese
  • Must work by shift and occasion holidays and weekends as support is 24hr/7days.
  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent with no working experience needed.
  • Multitasking is required in different role assigned and main core task from monitor application, escalation with log report clearly, support internal or client request or inquiry, incident report tracking and post mortem follow up with IT.
  • Knowing our products and internal processes inside and out so that you can answer questions with right and smart answer.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills with fast pace typing skills to communicate with internal or client.
  • Works well with own team, cross team, multiple client and fosters workplace relationships with high EQ communication. Actively contributes to positive team and company culture.
  • Willing accept challenge, good attitude, wise time managing based on responsible delivery time line and manage changes time to time after constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
SOFTWARE TESTER

You’ll be responsible for designing and running tests on software usability. The Software Tester will conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the design team and IT team based on software bug or UI & UX design. Ultimately, the Software Tester should be result-driven, have good communication skills, and up-to-date knowledge of software programming and software test design.


Job Requirements

  • Proficient in English and Chinese.
  • Bachelor of IT degree and not required experience testing.
  • Keen and enthusiast in test applications to assure accuracy, integrity, and interoperability to achieve specified functionality in all test cycle using different test method and strategy that drive efficient test coverage maintaining quality.
  • Good logical and analyzing skill as different type of role using the same tested application to create most UX and functional meet use requirement.
  • Ability to clearly outline and define concerns and solutions, while maintaining positive working relationships. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

You'll be responsible for building and perserving trusting relationships with customers as well as maintaining strong relationships with our company’s clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run. A Customer Relationship Manager should should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
